Yet for Joselli Rojas– visionary founder of TAMM Agency and The Authority Productions, it’s not the end of the story but the beginning of something far greater. A moment to breathe life into global male- pageantry and shatter glass ceilings.
Modeling has always been a life-long passion, seeded in Joselli’s Filipino heritage and nurtured when he first stepped onto the runway at the the tender age of 15. “The dream never left,” states Joselli. “Even when life took me in another direction.” That direction was healthcare and nursing, a career more palpable to his family than the fast-paced world of fashion. Yet the innate calling for the fashion industry superseded any dutiful prospect, and in 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, Joselli took a leap of faith.
By 2021, Joselli became a National Pageantry Director and franchise holder, searching for Mr. USA to compete in several international competitions. The experience didn’t just ignite his ambitions – it crystallized a bigger vision: to create a home for models who could stand proudly on international stages and win.
From Contestant to Coach
Just a year later, that vision paid off. In 2022, Joselli branched out on his entrepreneurial journey launching The Authority Productions and TAMM agency. The result – his very first candidate placed second in Mr. United States. What followed – a streak few could match. As if plucked from a wish-list, Joselli mentored models that won multiple back-to-back competitions in 2023 and 2025, crowning ‘The Authority Productions’ reputation in the global pageantry circuit.

Changing the Perception of Pageantry
In America, most aspiring talent walk into the TAMM agency dreaming of modeling – not pageants. “Very few know about the pageant world,” says Joselli. “When I see potential, I introduce them to it. Pageantry requires more than just a beautiful face. You need the right mindset. You need intelligence. You need presence.”
In many parts of the world, pageantry is treated with as much esteem as the Olympics. A powerful platform that has launched the careers of stars such as Diane Sawyer, Halle Berry, Martha Stewart, Linda Carter, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Oprah Winfrey to name a few. “It’s an honorable pursuit,” says Joselli. “It opens doors – endorsements, acting, modeling and so on and so forth. I want Americans to understand that.”
