Tech founder and entrepreneur Christina Ness has always had a career in entertainment and events, but now she’s on a mission to bring people together on a regular basis through her new platform, Evenigo.
Evenigo is a social sharing and discovery platform designed to eliminate the hassle of manually scheduling events by automatically syncing your favorite concerts and sports games directly to your calendar.
Ness, who spent her career working at tech startups and entertainment companies including for American Idol Creator Simon Fuller, Done + Dusted, and in Esports at Activision Blizzard, came up with the idea after experiencing her own struggle with missing out on spending time with friends and family at on one of the most coveted concert tours of last season (Beyonce’s Renaissance Tour.)
After a manual error in calendaring the presale date resulted in missing the show, Ness knew there had to be a better solution. “I wanted to create a one-stop shop for connection, discovery, and convenience with automatic calendar adds,” shared Ness. “In addition, you can view which events your friends and family are following and attending, making it easier to coordinate with them.”
The Evenigo mission is simple: make sure you’re always in the loop and never miss out on the things that excite you! The process is simple – users sign up and create a free account. Then, they follow the concerts, sporting events, TV shows, and brand calendars that interest them most. You can add all events from one venue, musician, team, or network to your calendar or select specific events. The platform also offers personalization through its Discover Feed – a dynamic space where users can explore upcoming events, purchase tickets directly through the Ticketmaster API, and find new activities that they might have missed otherwise.
