Manny Khoshbin: The Self-Made Mogul on Cars, Style, and the LA Lifestyle

by | Jul 22, 2025

Manny Khoshbin is truly a force to be reckoned with. The real estate mogul, content creator, and perhaps most importantly, father, has over six million followers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram

Incredibly successful, he is also self-made, building his legacy from the ground up. He came to America at just fourteen years old, not speaking one word of English. However, that didn’t stop him from achieving massive success. What he lacked in financial resources and English skills, he made up for with persistence and drive. He took any odd job he could, and by 16, Khoshbin was working at Kmart, stocking shelves and sweeping floors.

By the age of 19, Manny had already launched his first business, selling nuts—and by 23, he opened a supermarket, paving the way for his eventual empire.

Today, Manny Khoshbin owns The Khoshbin Company, which holds a generous portfolio of Class A and B industrial, retail, and office properties across seven states, with more than $1.5 billion in transactions.

But, he’s also not afraid to treat himself and enjoy the good life he’s worked so hard to build. Known for his fleet of luxury cars, including Bugattis, a Pagani, and McLarens, he is a passionate collector with a discerning eye and incredible taste.

We recently caught up with Khoshbin to learn about his favorite things and a few of his go-to spots in Los Angeles.

Favorite Places To Eat In LA: Avra, Steak 48, and Novikov

“I can’t choose just one. I love Greek, Mediterranean, and steaks, so these three restaurants are my go-tos.”

Favorite Things To Do in LA: The Peterson Automotive Museum

“Of course, the Petersen Museum! It’s a fun time for my whole family. And my dream car is there. The Shah Bugatti, which was a gift from the government of France to the Shah for his wedding.”

Car To Drive In LA: 2008 Rolls-Royce Drophead

“I ordered this car 17 years ago on spec, and it was my first expensive new car I ever customized. It still feels very sentimental every time I drive it. And of course, when you live in sunny California, you have to drive with the top down! I also like that it sits high up, so it’s easier to watch the road.”

Favorite Watch: Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore

“I rewarded myself with this watch when I closed on a real estate project several years back and purchased it new from an authorized dealer. I love the size and feel of it, but more importantly, I love that the chronograph is so sporty. I wear it with casual or semi-casual attire.”

Go-To Casual Clothing Line: John Varvatos and Bugatti

“I love John Varvatos, especially the fitted jeans and trendy jackets. They’re ideal for daily wear. But I also love my Bugatti t-shirts just as much. They last forever and don’t fade even with 100 washes. The cotton is also very soft.”

Shoes: Zegna Triple Stitch

“These are probably the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn! The elastic bands versus shoelaces are a game changer because they are so easy to slip on and off. You can wear them all day long, and they come in so many styles, so I wear them with both formal and casual clothes.”

Cologne: Chanel Bleu

“I’ve worn this cologne for almost a decade. The scent is very fresh, soft, and happy.”

Skin Care: Origins Charcoal Mask

“I’ve been using this mask for probably 20 years on and off. I like the fact it’s quick—just ten to fifteen minutes. After rinsing, it leaves your skin clean and smooth.”

Our sit-down with Manny Khoshbin offered more than just insight into luxury—it was a masterclass in vision, discipline, and personal branding.
