NAME

Andi Lew

Occupation

TV host, Best Selling Author, and Wellness Coach!

Short Bio

Andi Lew is a best selling author and wellness & lifestyle expert from Australia, living in LA and working for Press Pass LA. She hosts her own podcast Well to Do and is known for her Becoming Ageless wellness coaching program to help you live with vitality.

In each day we’re alive, tell us the three things you’re grateful for:

Fresh air to breathe, the ocean and my darling son, Beaudy. It’s the simple things that matter most.

Favorite type of music:

I’m obsessed with hand pan music and frequency healing tunes at the movement or 70/80s hits to sing or dance to!

Who would you switch lives with for one day if you could:

Elon Musk to pick his genius brain or Stevie Wonder to see and feel the world differently.

Name the biggest pet peeve you have- no holds barred:

Shoes inside the home! Get those street feet outside – haha!

How do you psyche yourself up for the day ahead:

Usually with a chiropractic adjustment. It’s the best nervous system reset & I’ve been getting adjusted twice a week for about 27 years! It’s one of the reasons I’m so vitalistic!

Go to products in your bag you can’t live without:

A notepad to jot down creative ideas, my Ere Perez natural black eyeliner and flossing picks to keep my teeth and gums healthy!

How do you use Sundays to destress from work:

Sometimes I’ll go to Soho House Malibu and feast and work : write by the sea! Other days I’ll hike and stay close to nature or be in the sea.

How would you describe yourself:

Neotenous and silly but equal parts serious and deep. I’m here to love, serve and nurture and I’m very mission based with my work on a crusade. I left my entire life in Australia to help reach more people.

What is your biggest weakness and strength:

I care too much and that’s both my weakness and my strength.

What’s your hidden talent that no one, not even your partner knows about:

I can cut hair well even though I’m not formally trained. When I was 12, I thought I wanted to be a hairdresser and went to observe and learn and got paid 50 cents a day to learn. At the end of the year the salon owner let me cut her hair in a lopsided bob with a palm tree fringe, 80s style!

What’s one trend you would obliterate forever:

Organic and biodynamic food forever! It should be normal. Biodynamic farmers laugh at organic farmers because the soil is contaminated and that’s where nutrition comes from.

The best compliment you ever got from anyone:

I get complimented every day about how I look younger than my age. I feel proud to say I’m 52. You don’t have to age the way you’ve been taught! What I teach, works!
