In each day we’re alive, tell us the three things you’re grateful for:
The first thing I am always grateful for is the simple, powerful gift of breath in my body. Every new day is another chance to live, to create, and to grow — and that starts with being alive and healthy. Health truly is the greatest wealth.
I’m deeply grateful for my community — the people who believe in me, uplift me, and remind me of what’s possible. Having that circle of genuine support gives me the courage to take bigger risks and dream even bolder. When you’re surrounded by people who truly see you, you feel unstoppable.
And finally, I’m profoundly grateful for my family — both my blood family and my chosen family. Each plays a different yet equally powerful role in my life. They keep me grounded, inspired, and connected to what really matters: passion, purpose, and people.
Favorite type of music:
My music taste is all over the map — my Pandora stations range from hype hip-hop to cinematic film scores. I find beauty in every genre because music has a way of shifting your energy and perspective. Lately, I’ve been obsessed with a station called ‘Euphoria 90s/2000s Dance’ — it’s pure nostalgia, rhythm, and joy all at once. I genuinely believe life is one big dance party, and we each get to choose the soundtrack.
Who would you switch lives with for one day if you could:
If I could switch lives with anyone for a day, I’d choose one of Serena Williams’s hitting partners. I’ve always been a huge tennis fan, and watching Serena compete at the highest level was endlessly inspiring. To step into that world, even for a day — to witness her discipline, intensity, and greatness up close — would be an incredible honor. There’s something powerful about being in the presence of someone who redefined greatness.
Name the biggest pet peeve you have- no holds barred:
This might sound a little funny, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when I’m cruising down the highway with my cruise control set at 75 mph — perfectly in my zone — and I end up stuck behind someone going slow for absolutely no reason. It’s such a small thing, but in that moment, it feels like God is testing my patience!
How do you psyche yourself up for the day ahead:
One of my favorite new routines — which I actually picked up from a TikTok video — helps me start the day grounded and energized. First, I brush my teeth with my non-dominant hand. It sounds small, but it wakes up your brain and gets you out of autopilot.
Then I look in the mirror and say ‘I love you’ to myself ten times — it’s a simple but powerful way to start with self-compassion. Finally, I take 25 deep, intentional breaths. By the end, I feel centered, present, and ready to take on the day. It’s become a small activity that truly fills my cup every morning.

Go to products in your bag you can’t live without:
I never leave home without a to-go toothbrush and toothpaste — or at the very least, a mint. Bad breath? Absolutely not on my watch. I’ve also got a soft spot for Neutrogena products — they keep my skin camera-ready and feeling fresh. And yes, I always have those little flossers tucked somewhere in my bag. What can I say? I take my dental hygiene way too seriously… but at least I’m consistent!
How do you use Sundays to destress from work:
On Sundays, you can usually find me on the tennis court or at church. For me, it’s the perfect balance — I get to move my body, clear my mind, and then recharge my spirit. I really believe that centering yourself both physically and spiritually is essential for long-term success. It’s how I reset, refocus, and get ready to take on a new week.
How would you describe yourself:
I’d describe myself as someone who truly lives in the moment — full of gratitude, curiosity, and that easily excitable energy that makes life feel vibrant. I try to find joy in the little things and stay present enough to appreciate them as they happen.
What is your biggest weakness and strength:
I’d say my biggest strength is my energy and positivity. I genuinely try to approach each day with gratitude, curiosity, and excitement, which allows me to connect with people easily, stay motivated, and tackle challenges head-on. I also have a strong sense of discipline — whether it’s in my work, health, or personal routines, I like to show up consistently.
As for my biggest weakness, I’d say it’s that my high energy and enthusiasm sometimes make me take on too much at once. I can get excited about so many ideas and opportunities that I have to consciously slow down and prioritize to make sure I’m giving each thing the focus it deserves. But I’ve been working on balancing that drive with patience and intention, and it’s been a really rewarding process.
What’s your hidden talent that no one, not even your partner knows about:
My weird hidden talent is that I can ‘gleek.’ If you don’t know what that is, definitely look it up — it’s a little surprise! Back in high school, I’d sometimes get in trouble for doing it in class, but honestly, it always made me laugh. It’s one of those silly, random things that never fails to surprise people.
What’s one trend you would obliterate forever:
If I could obliterate one trend forever, it would be people waiting until the very last second to brake at a red light. It’s stressful, unnecessary, and honestly a little dangerous. If you see the light is red, just go ahead and slow down — no need to cause whiplash for your passengers. And yes, I speak from a very personal experience!

The best compliment you ever got from anyone:
The best compliment I’ve ever received was, ‘You make me feel safe when you’re around.’ That one has always stayed with me. It’s such a simple statement, but it carries so much depth. Knowing that my presence can make someone feel at ease — that’s the kind of impact that truly means the most to me.
