Short Bio

My Name is Miles Nightingale and I am a model based out of Los Angeles, California. As an ambitious individual, I strive to be better at what I do every single day. From my health and fitness all the way through to my fashion, I aim to influence and inspire individuals to be the best version of themselves in every aspect of their lives. Especially when it comes to your health! When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good you perform well.

In each day that we are alive. Can you tell us what are the three things you are grateful for?

I am grateful for everyday is my health, my family, and the blessings the universe has to offer.

Favorite type of music?

Rap and future house.

Who would you switch lives with for one day if you could?

The President!

Name the biggest pet peeve you have. It can be anything and it’s no holds-barred.

Chewing with your mouth open or talking too loud on the phone.

How do you psyche yourself up for the day ahead?

Stay ready – don’t get ready! It’s all about mindset and discipline.

Water, cologne, mints, phone charger, wallet, skin care to stay fresh, and a pen with my notepad.

How do you use Sundays to de-stress from work?

I use my Sundays to destress. Have a nice jog in the sun, a nice game of golf, some tanning, and ending it with a relaxing sauna session.

How would you describe yourself?

Ambitious, driven, expressive, unique. Funny, hardworking, strong. Disciplined, aware, loving, smart, and confident!

What is your biggest weakness and strength?

Biggest weakness is I tend to get ahead of myself too much, need to slow down. Biggest strength would be how hungry I am for success.

What’s your hidden and weird talent that no-one, not even your partner knows about?

A hidden, weird talent of mine would be how fast I can drink water.

What is a trend that you wish to obliterate forever?

Keeping your tags on your clothes so people can see the price.
