Los Angeles, CA – On a night of November 18, 2025, when Los Angeles was already buzzing with premieres and industry parties, one event rose unmistakably above the noise. We Do It Together, the nonprofit film production company championing women’s storytelling on a global scale, marked its 10th anniversary with a gala that felt less like a celebration—and more like a cultural statement.
Hosted at the vibrant Mr. Brainwash Art Museum, the evening unfolded as a bold fusion of purpose, artistry, and power. Under the electric glow of Thierry Guetta’s (Mr. Brainwash) technicolor world, Hollywood icons, global advocates, and emerging changemakers gathered to honor a decade of amplifying women’s voices through film and education.

A Night for Women Who Move the World
The guest list read like a roll call of influence.
Sharon Stone—fierce, unapologetic, and still one of Hollywood’s most commanding presences—received the Iconic Excellence Award for her tireless work in HIV/AIDS awareness, global justice, and women’s rights.

Each woman, in her own way, is reshaping culture—and We Do It Together brought them into one room to remind the world exactly what that looks like.
The U.S. Premiere that Stole the Room
The gala also introduced the U.S. premiere of the international I AM campaign, a raw and intimate series of self-portraits featuring Helen Mirren, Marisa Tomei, Catherine Hardwicke, and dozens of global creatives. Their videos, declaring identity through two simple words—“I am”—played like a chorus of defiance and vulnerability.
It was a moment that captured the heart of the night: women telling their own stories, on their own terms.
A Museum Turned Into a Movement
With Giselle Fernandez serving as Master of Ceremony, the event moved seamlessly from red carpet to awards to a candlelit seated dinner, followed by a private museum tour that felt like stepping inside the mind of a visionary.
Mr. Brainwash himself donated a major artwork—“Pop Wall,” a mixed-media silkscreen bursting with energy—to be auctioned in support of the organization. The symbolism wasn’t lost: art fueling activism, activism fueling change.
Honorees also received the stunning Victoria Award, designed by Italian artist Camilla Ancilotto and crafted by Poignée, the workshop renowned for creating papal coats of arms. Bronze, gold, history, rebirth—every inch of the piece carried intention.
A Decade Behind Them. A Movement Ahead.
Founder Chiara Tilesi reflected on the organization’s impact with both pride and urgency.
“For the last 10 years, We Do It Together has worked to change the cultural roots of gender inequality,” she said. “Yet disparity continues to rise worldwide. Our commitment is stronger than ever.”

And the commitment showed. From collaborations with UN Women to partnerships with governments in the U.S., Italy, Japan, and beyond, the organization has become a global force in shifting narratives and elevating women in media.
The gala wasn’t just a celebration—it was a reminder that storytelling is power. And for We Do It Together, the next decade promises to be even louder, bolder, and more transformative.
